Quick tip No. 8
If you happen to see these at a Japanese restaurant:
realize they are NOT salt and pepper, but--in fact--soy sauce containers. And you probably shouldn't double check by pouring the contents out into your wife's hand. Just before the waiter arrives to ask if you're ready to order.

Your look was a desparate plea for him to NOT look at your hand, while mine was that of complete guilt, trying not to look him in the eyes. MAN, that was funny!
