As you can see, I've updated my blog layout. It's cool, huh? But that's not why I'm embarrassed.
While changing my layout, I also looked at some of my old posts and found multiple spelling and grammar errors. Because I majored in English and because I went off on proper use of the English language once on my blog, I feel like I'm held at a higher standard... well, turns out I'm human and make mistakes, even in writing. Forgive me?

Um Garret, I will overlook it this time, but do not let it happen again.
And it's hilarious that just now I spelled your name with one "t". I will not let that happen again.
Just because we are English majors does not mean we should be held to a higher spelling standard. We have to be perfect at it for work, so in our personal lives we should be cut a little slack. don't you think?
Robin - Haha! I get that all the time. That's probably the most common misspelling of my name. My favorite was Gerit.
Christy - I totally agree! But I still feel like I get ridiculed if I spell something wrong no matter where it is!
Gerit? Heehee... I hear ya on the name misspelling thing. My name has been spelled Hayley, Hailey, Haeli, Halley, Haelee, Haylee, Hailee, Hayleigh, and my personal favorite... Harley.
I'll forgive. I reread through my post a million times to try to catch errors but I know there are still some out there. I'm also not a perfect writer so stuff is always wrong. I don't think anyone really cares though, or at least I hope not.
